Contrary to their own policy, they DO NOT try to connect pets to their owners. My indoor cat escaped twice, the first time he was gone for 2 weeks, i called and alerted them my cat was missing....

Id give 0 stars if I could. These monsters did unnecessary and unapproved surgery on Peanut the cat and refuse to give him back to the owners unless the owners pay $400. So, if you adopt from this...
