Really nice slow flow (vinyasa) with options for modifications or up leveling. If anyone makes the drive between Houston and Lake Charles, this is a great way to relieve stress, tension and pain....

We started small, with a vision to help spread yoga and help make it availabe for everyone in our community. By word of mouth, and loyal client base, we are growing fast! We offer a 200 hour Teacher Training Course which can help anyone wanting to deepen their own practice or learn to teach.
