I love Wendy's! The only thing I don't like is the interior area. It needs to be cleaned! The service is ok, and the food is great!

I'm so disappointed. I got the chicken sandwich meal, with extra mayo, and this is what I received. The customer service also needed some improvement. Don't plan on going back

Restaurant empty but no one to take my order. Finally ordered 2 large chilli's but she gave me half cup for both. Paid for 2 large but not enough to fill up 1!!! Terrible!

I hardly ever yelp a franchise such as this but I will say they earned it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Another patron who was picking up food for others dropped the drink...
