Great new club in a location where United previously didn't have one. Plenty of room to sit and relax. Decent food offerings and bar. Club staff were all friendly.

Surprisingly little find in the MSY airport. We didn't suspect United to have a lounge here, as it's not one of their hubs, nor do they have many flights going out. But sure glad we found it!...
