Tim Anderson Fitness is attainable fitness. I promise to help you be the best physical version of you possible! No fads, gimmicks or overnight weight loss/muscle gains...just hard work on both of our parts to achieve your fitness goals. Circuit training, Resistance training, HIIT, Bootcamp, Boxing & Dance Cardio are a few of the modalities offered as a 1 on 1 session or as a group session. We can achieve your goals anywhere. I can travel to your home, office, etc...in the Great New Orleans area with limited equipment. During the warmer months, there is an endless number of parks that have open spaces, stairs, hills & equipment that's ideal for training. Starting fall 2018 I will have a private gym for 1 on 1 sessions.
