History
The business was opened in October of 2004. New Orleans was hit by Hurricane Katrina in August of 2005. We sustained some damage, made all repairs and reopened in April, 2006 just in time for The French Quarter Festival and Jazz Festival. We have been going strong ever since and have never looked back. When you are truly from New Orleans, not returning after Hurricane Katrina was never an option.
