The Will & The Way is a laid-back French Quarter bar. Designed as a lobby (of sorts) for neighborhood locals. Come get lost for a few hours -- whether reading, working, dating or dining. Cute bar and offers a limited happy hour window and menu! I sat at the bar. Early happy hour crowd tapers off. Service was average.
