Awful delivery ! Package didn't arrive when paid for, and UPS has the nerve to overcharge $300 a box and still provides late deliveries! Disgrace

I went to drop off a return only to discover I was suppose to print out a label. When asked how much it would cost it was $1.93! To print 1 copy. Grr!!!
