Former chef of renowned New Orleans restaurant now indulging his passion to teach I used to own Carrollton Market, a top-10 New Orleans restaurant, and was the New Orleans Magazine Chef of the Year in 2017. Running a restaurant wasn't much fun but I always loved teaching the next generation of cooks. Now, I am indulging that love of teaching with my newest venture -- The New Culinarian.
