The Green Fork started out of the owners' home kitchens, preparing healthy, gluten free meals for offices and families in. They quickly outgrew their humble beginnings and opened their first storefront in 2011. They have since opened at 200 Metairie Road, 69305 Hwy 21 in Covington, 2608 S Shepherd in Houston and are building another store in Baton Rouge on City Farm Dr.

Stephanie & Trey are a brother sister team who started the Green Fork ten yearas ago when they saw a need for healthy food in New Orleans. Their business has grown very organically with three NOLA area locations, one in Houston and a fifth in the works for Baton Rouge, La. They have created a juice and smoothie menu that is unrivalled, giving them the honor of being voted #8 juice bar in the country by Conde Naste Traveller Magazine. Their stores bake vegan and gluten free items daily. Their gluten free kitchen pumps out helathy food to go seven days a week, keeping their stores stocked with grab & go meals paired perfectly to their juices and smoothies.
