The place was packed! And has a decent view. There is Lounge seating. Bar seating. A nacho rail over looking the river. With seats. Also noticed food was served, but didn't see a menu. I will...

The drinks and food here are really tasty, and the location above the red river is really spectacular! It feels like a Florida beach bar
