I come here when I'm on a Budget. Pretty cheap for a Pedi (no O.P.I., Essie, nor Shellac) but the owner and nail techs are sweet!

T Nail is the place to go for individual lashes or nail designs. T is very personable and works quickly so that there is minimum waiting.
