Management wouldn't cooperate with Hotel.com Filthy room. We swept ourselves but too dirty to stay over. They refused refund. We left after 10 minutes

have stayed here before and the room was fine, had kitchen for storage of leftover. was on layo for work had Semi and tank trailer so was ok to back down lane to park truck so I had wife book...

Busiest night of the year and they canceled our reservation. Didn't care AT ALL. Continued to check other guests in while telling us they had to cancel our reservation due to "overbooking."...
