The ER intake guy named Richard is the worst medical employee I've ever encountered. Slow to assist you although no one else is there, as if his time is worth more or he's bothered you're sick....

I would avoid this location at all costs! My dad almost died because of their negligence. They refused to perform the necessary tests that I knew he needed which led to sepsis, a-fib, blood...

Kept me waiting for hours and kept demanding a urine sample when I came in for a possible broken toe. Fuck this place.

No wait. Labs back in 5 minutes. Doctor Brown, nurses X-ray tech all very attentive and professional. Couldn't ask for a better ER experience.
