St Charles Cyber Safety Program

St. Charles Parish Public Schools is located in Luling, La., and offers classes from prekindergarten through grade 12. HistoryThe NOEAA was founded by Andre A. Cavalier, who has over 30 years of Public Safety and Outdoors Recreational experience. After 15 years of professionally teaching several recreational and professional disciplines for other training organizations, Andre decided to form the NOEAA as a better way to provide recreational safety training to the general public.SpecialtiesThe NOEAA specializes in outdoor recreation safety training in a fun and easy to learn environment. We offer courses online as well as in-person. We strive to go above and beyond to make our courses the best possible training experience for our participants.
