Our therapists help clients address a wide range of issues (including depression, substance abuse, relationship issues, parenting concerns, and trauma), and we specialize in treating anxiety, stress,depression, relationship issues and poor coping skills.Our goal is to help clients come to better understanding of what they need to find the sense of peace or happiness that they are looking for. We support clients in an open and non-judgemental manner as they explore themselves and the issues with which they are struggling. We teach clients skills to apply to all aspects of their lives so they can cope successfully with future challenges. Change takes time and effort, so clients who are willing to be open to what will allow their lives to "work" for them will see the best results.Our therapists provide a comfortable, casual atmosphere for therapy.
