In 2006 Boyd and Darla Beck purchased the train canoose that sits at 426 Roberts Avenue, Jennings,LA. After working for them from 2007 until 2015, they passed the torch to Joe and April Mallett. Recipes are still the same to insure the same quality and service!

Specialties

Sno-B's Express is a snow cone stand. We also have Soft drinks made with our shaved ice. Soft serve ice cream, floats , shakes, Sundaes and we stuff our snow cones with our soft serve or add cream!
