I shopped online and purchased a pair of shoes and once they arrived they were too small. I paid $15 in shipping which then I had to send the shoes back and did not get my shipping $ back, but...

How incredibly annoying that this store doesn't pick up the phone or have a human answering their chat. I was about to drop $200-400 for shoes, but only if I know they're in the store. Horrendous...

After unsubscribing from their emails numerous times, they do NOT take you off their email list. Don't get on list for some discount that may or not apply.
