Great environment to workout. Owner JD has recently reorganized the weights and it's awesome. Very clean. Always friendly staff. I also get my healthy prepped meals here. Delicious.

I do not recommend the 16 week fitness challenge promotion. The club does not live up to their end of the agreement and they just want your money.
