Formed in Shreveport Louisiana, Silver Platter Events Catering offers a wide array of flavors for the discerning palate. Owner and chef Kim Law Grefe, while growing up, had dreams of one day owning her own successful small business. In the fall of 1995, that dream came to fruition in the form of Silver Platter Catering.
