We attend this convention center at least 2 times a year for my daughters cheerleading competitions. We attended this weekend the 9th for the American's Best Cheer & Dance competition! Very nice...

The Shreveport Convention Center offers a range of banquet facilities. It provides venues for birthday celebrations, wedding receptions, social gatherings and business meetings. The center also offers banquet facilities for trade shows, retirement parties, galas and conferences, as well as health and wellness seminars. In addition, tthe Shreveport Convention Center provides hosts sales meetings, anniversaries, and holiday and Christmas parties. The center features a boardroom, ballroom and various conference rooms. Its customers include the Louisiana School Boards Association, Louisiana Math and Science Teachers Association, Office of the Attorney General of Louisiana and AEP Southwestern Electric Power Company. They somehow manage to be big enough to host a fairly large even, but still have an air of coziness. Seems like a nice place in a very central part of downtown, walking distance from most places....

Ticket master is located here. I have also attended many graduations. Parking is good and the facility is nice!

Really really nice place. I've been here for several things like graduations and social events. Lots of places to park your car and a bunch of seats!! Always good food but kinda pricey sometimes.
