I purchased a lawn tractor from this location several years ago and it is still kicking although I had to have the head gasket replaced on it ( my fault) the tractor still cranks on the first try...

Managers never available. Employees don't know how to handle returns if manager is not working. Customer service is sorely lacking definitely needs Improvement.
