Ruffles 'n Britches started in Plaquemine,La. In 1979. Since then we have moved our store to Baton Rouge since 1982. We carry the cutest children's clothes, shoes, accessories i.e., hair bows for girls, and real tie bow ties for the boys, and toys. All age appropriate styles from classical to trendy.
