Cute store aimed at a young set. Rue 21 is pretty much a Forever 21 aimed at teen guys and girls. They have graphic tees and "trendy" clothes such a skinny jeans and leggings and stuff like that....

I love Rue 21 but this one in particular is messy and the employees are not helpful and don't greet upon entering the store. I think they should organize the store and make it easier to find...
