My partner brought me this for lunch one day and I couldn't believe I had been missing out on this place. I LOVE the chicken cracklings! Perfectly seasoned not too fatty and nice meaty pieces....

Got the boudin balls, stuffed boudin balls, boudin eggrolls and pork cracklin. The boudin balls were ok. The outside wasn't crunchy though. The stuffed ones had cheese in them and were a little...

If you were in the Baton Rouge area, this is the place to go for a Boudin and Cracklins. They also have delicious plate lunches. Ronnie does a good job.

A friend recommended Ronnie's to me; Thank Goodness he did! I bought some deermeat sausage from Ronnie's and liked it so much that I went back for more!!Lots of odd but good products made...
