Went to see a comedy show here on Friday. The bar is your typical sive bar with a few booths and pool table. They do have a small Happy Hour from 3-8. However, the drinks were not strong at all....
Played several songs but the bartender high jacked the jukebox. Heard her tell someone else sitting at the bar she was playing her birthday playlist. Time to go...customers are no longer the focus...
Well you just have to go have a drink in this old tavern! The bartender was wonderful, the beers were big---and on happy hour even on a Saturday in March! The juke box was playing twangy fun music.
I've been here a couple of times, and each time was great. Most recently, popped in on a Sunday afternoon to catch the end of the Women's Basketball National Championship. About 10-15 patrons......
