There was a hair on my bed. There were cigarette burn marks on my bed sheets. It smell like someone was actively smoking in the room.

Absolutely amazing and so clean! Tammy at the front desk was so welcoming, sweet, and such a treasure to our road trip. Definitely recommend, and hopefully you get lucky and get to meet Tammy too :-)
