Ralph & Kacoo's is one of the best Cajun seafood restaurants in Louisiana. It has been serving crawfish, gumbo, crab, alligator, shrimp, oysters and several other Cajun delicacies since 1969. The restaurant s menu also includes a variety of soups, appetizers, desserts, grilled food items, entrees and salads. Its Southern fried classic range includes thin-cut catfish, crab fingers, soft-shell crabs and catfish fillets. The restaurant s dessert menu includes cheesecakes, bread puddings, brownie sundaes and key lime pies. Ralph & Kacoo's has one of its locations in Bossier City, La. It also operates outlets in Baton Rouge, La.; New Orleans; and Lufkin and Allen, Texas.
