I walked in & had to wait 5 hours for an appointment, that was fine. I went in and the attendant had a mask on so tight her speak was slurred. If you asked her to repeat herself, she was rude....

They have changed to appointment only after years of taking walk in s. When I went to the Chalmette location I was told to make an appointment even though the phlebotomist was just sitting there...
