Do you love authentic Cajun food? Here at Prejean's, we've been serving up delicious Cajun flavors for decades. In November 2020, we started a new chapter under the ownership of Tim Metcalf, Greg Metcalf and Ken Boudreaux. Our new owners bring a combined total of over 75 years of restaurant industry experience, and they look forward to spending many more years here at Prejean's. While we've recently done some remodeling, we are once again open for business. Visit our iconic family-owned restaurants in Carencro and Broussard to see what's new.
