1. When you're in the drive-thru, they make you stay back until your food is done, meaning you can see your food be prepare. 2. All of the employees attitudes are horrible. When you have a problem...

Horrible I would rather starve,then they make you stop without even pulling up to the window so the timer is not going this place is a joke. Definitely lead by poor management who doesn't care.
