Customer services was good from the cooperate company but the actual people we deal with at the place were sub par our truck was 3 hours late even after we made a reservation 2 weeks in advance....

Would give ZERO stars if that was an option! After dropping off my truck, I was told a check would be sent out THAT day for a refund since we had major troubles with the truck(only headlights...
