Paid for a mid-sized SUV, listed as a Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar. I'm sorry, but a Ford Escape and a Chevy TRAX are NOT the same as a Jeep Grand Cherokee. For $700, this is not what I paid for.

Rented via AARP Expedia online. At Nee Orleans airport they were shown as Budget/Payless. When tire went flat neither would help. AARP should take Payless off their vendors list immediately!
