It's a playground and a tennis court. In the middle of a neighborhood. I'm not sure if it even has a potty. But I doubt it. If you live w/in walking distance and you have children, by all means...

It's a nice break on a suburban street, but it is very minimalist. You can see into people's backyards and the bathrooms aren't well maintained.
