Customer service is poor! Self service machines are out of order and they're still charging full service fees. Should consider waiving fees when the situation is beyond the customer's control.

Very disappointed. I came to get copies made and bound. Not only did they take an extra week, but my copies were poorly done. Not centered on the page. The cut edges of paper were ruff and jagged....
