30 minutes on Hold, obviously too busy. With 12 physicians on staff you would think they would have adequate staffing.

VERY LIMITED knowledge. The nurses and staff have no personality. They leave people who need help to help themselves, which is cruel when the people can't walk 'fast enough' or can't walk at all....
