When I called to make reservations I was clear about the pickup times. I was sent a confirmation and my card charged. After the event, my card was charged almost $100 more.

Talk about the absolute worst services. We had them reserved for a wedding and the dumbass driver couldn't work the GPS. we needed to picked up for a certain time and the driver was an hour away...
