From an personnel stand point, the firm is small, comprising only twelve individuals, seven licensed agents, a licensed and designated property manager, a licensed appraiser and three staff personnel. Sales and leasing achievement awards have followed members of this firm since their various inceptions. The brokerage team has won every available industrial achievement award as well as other commercial awards, multiple times, as offered by the local board of Realtors and its Commercial Investment Division. Max had been suffering from cancer and succumbed on February 13, 2008. Max started working in his father's firm and soon was running the company's Industrial Division before purchasing it in 1978.
