If you have the winning bid it does not mean you get what you want. The winner is selected by staff. I am sure that they will dispute this claim, but don't count on anything. I am finished with them.

They have some nice things, but you have to be VERY careful as their estimates are usually wildly inaccurate on the high side. I think they hope to often fool people who are bidding online....
