Monroe Transit is the nation's oldest publicly owned transportation system, operating in Monroe, LA since 1906. As the primary public transportation provider for the city, Monroe Transit offers fixed route and paratransit services, operating from Monday to Saturday.

With a rich history spanning over a century, Monroe Transit is committed to delivering equitable and accessible transportation services to the community.
