Smelled "damp and musty", my bathroom had a shower curtain inside out. Upon closer inspection there was some dried on "fluid" that was crusted on. There wasn't a stopper for the tub. I did get one...

Stayed here for work, my company made my reservation. Not sure how this dead gecko has been overlooked. Also, the check in process took way too long. I'm guessing the front desk person was new.
