Was riding my bike with my two children in a trailer behind me near city park. A metro disposal garbage truck ran a stop sign and almost killed us. I yelled at the driver and the worker hanging on...

We have not had our trash or recycling picked up for 3 weeks. When you call them to provide feedback about the poor continuity of service/ lack of services rendered you are hung up on.

I would give zero stars if possible. Completely unorganized, unprofessional and just down right a mess. The price is not worth the hassle it takes to deal with this company.
