The McDonald's on Sherwood Forest does not pay their employees and management will do nothing to help employees get their paychecks on time

Please take the shakes off your menu or have someone able to fix your machines. I have tried to order shakes from McDonald's several times only to be told their shake machine is broken.

I would imagine no one has very high expectations for McDonald's customer service, and rightfully so. However, whatever your existing expectations are, lower them for this location.
