This location uptown in New Orleans deserves 0 stars as far as management is concerned. Ashley who is the manager at this location cancelled my membership without notification which I have lost...

Don't get a subscription they make you jump through hoops to try and cancel it. They require you to go in and fill out a form to cancel instead of being able to do it over the phone.

This location deserves ZERO STARS! I booked a massage for my Mama and I in light of her birthday. My Mom specifically requested for the massage therapist to wear her own gloves during the session....

To date: no one from Massage Envy got back to me... not the manager at the facility, nor headquarters. As a result of the lack of care/concern, I wound up canceling my subscription.
