There are 2 types of tours. The guided tour is $9 with a AAA discount, $12 without. There's also a self guided tour for $5. The difference between the 2 is that you're given access to the inside...

I took the guided tour which is of the inside of the main house and the kitchen. The rest of the property is self-guided. I like that this is a state-run facility and more open to the perspective...
