Lyndsey R. Adams, DO

Dr. Phan earned her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean in St. Maarten and completed her residency at LSU Rural Family Medicine in Bogalusa, LA. Dr. Phan is board certified in Family Medicine. She also specializes in obesity medicine and wound care. She has been on staff with Ochsner since August 2014. Her approach to care is focused on patient as a whole and shared decision making. In her spare time, Dr. Phan enjoys spending time with family, especially her dogs.

Dr. Michelle Mims received a Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical sciences from Auburn University. She then earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. Dr. Mims went on to complete a pediatrics residency with Children’s Hospital of New Orleans. Her special areas of interest are preventative care and newborn care.

Dr. Gates received her medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA in 2007. She went on to complete her internship and residency at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. Dr. Gates is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and has been on staff at Ochsner since 2016 and practicing medicine since 2010. Dr. Gates practices pediatrics. Dr. Gates enjoys reading in her free time.
