My issue was with troop c of LSP Was young, got pulled over, got mouthy. my roommate who owned a business was holding a promo he had invited MEMBERS OF TROOP C OF LSP to the Ellendale Golf Club...

If you plan to drop off paperwork be prepared to wait, receive substandard service, and deal with the typical bureaucratic crap. You'll easily wait 1 hour+ just for fingerprinting, get the run...

A little bit stern, but fairly pleasant group of people. The wait can take a little bit, but once you get moving they get done with you pretty quick. At least with fingerprinting.
