LifeShare Blood Center, established in Shreveport, Louisiana, in 1942, is a nonprofit community blood bank that supplies blood components and related services to over 100 medical facilities and hospitals across Louisiana, East Texas, and South Arkansas. As a member of America's Blood Centers and the American Rare Donor Program, LifeShare is committed to the mission of saving lives through education and promoting the importance of blood donations.
