The Levee Exhibit Hall and Garden in New Orleans is a unique outdoor museum that showcases the history and impact of the 2005 flooding during Hurricane Katrina. Located at the east breach site of the London Avenue Canal, the exhibit features six museum-quality panels with text and photographs that debunk myths and tell the story of all the levee breaches, neighborhoods, and lives affected. The exhibit is free and open to the public, and also includes a rain garden with native plants that help manage stormwater and reduce strain on the city's drainage system.
