Was sent here by my insurance. Was pushy and kept making veiled suggestions that I just 'pay the deductible (I wasn't in the wrong) and get it fixed. Only out to get money from you. In cahoots...

Had to get some body work done, and they didn't put my back glass in properly, so water damaged some of my shoes I had put in my trunk to take home from my mom. Lady didn't even say sorry about...
